I’m moving back to Australia, and am sadly giving up my double room with ensuite in De Beauvoir. The flat is in a great area with the canal, bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Closest pubs are De Beauvior Arms, Rosemary Branch and Scolt Head.

Ashley is in the other room (which has its own bathroom). She’s a dream housemate - super friendly, easy going, and up for the odd beer at the pub.

The room is available from 1st of April, but can be flexible.

- Flat is 740 sqft - 2 double bedrooms, open plan living/kitchen area.
- 24 hour concierge service, video intercom access and secure bike park.
- Rent includes full access to gym, sauna and steam room on site.
- On the 4th floor and opens onto a shared outdoor area/entertaining space overlooking city skyline.
- Tesco Express next door which is open 7 days a week, 7am -11pm.
- Minimum 6 month stay (request from landlord).
- Cost £1300 including all bills.
