Double Room in the best neighborhood

Hi there,

The third room in our flat will soon become available. It’s a spacious double room with a built-in wardrobe, double bed, table, and armchair, as shown in the pictures.

We are two girls currently living in the flat and are looking for a third female flatmate.

We are both very clean and tidy, and we enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cooking, having meals at home or out, watching something together, or exploring London. We’re looking for someone who can easily adapt to the flat’s routines, respect each other’s space, and become more than just a flatmate but ideally a friend too.
I work in TV and have a passion for films; my other friend, on paper architecture and current barista, and is a music lover.
And we’d especially love to live with someone creative, enthusiastic about what they do, and who's adventurous.

The rent is £1,200 per month, including all bills, with a £1,000 deposit.

The room is not ensuite, but the downstairs toilet could potentially be made more private for the new flatmate. We currently have one main bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

You’re welcome to have guests over, but we always communicate and respect each other beforehand. We’re not really a party flat; we prefer cosy, fun evenings, cooking together, watching films, or relaxing. So if you’re a big party person, we might not be the best match.

If everything works well and we both feel it’s a good fit, we can add your name to the contract and continue the tenancy officially.
