A great double room is available in an easy-going houseshare in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, with a flexible move-in date between mid-April and mid-May

Your room:
The room is a proper double with great natural light. The window faces out over the garden and lets in sun throughout the day. It comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and built-in shelves set into an alcove. There's enough space for a desk if you work from home.

The bathroom:
You'll share with just one other person on the same floor. It's a spacious and pretty new bathroom with a proper bath.

The house is home to five young professionals who all have their own things going on but genuinely enjoy hanging out together. It's social without being intense. People cook, share a drink & a chat in the kitchen, but everyone respects each other's space and downtime too.

The kitchen is a big modern space with a central island, induction hob, and loads of counter space for actual cooking. It's fully equipped with plenty of cupboard storage, diswasher, and there's a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen leads to a garden with decked seating, and there's also a roof terrace upstairs which is perfect for summer.

The area:
De Beauvoir Town is one of the best bits of East London. The De Beauvoir Arms is a five-minute walk, and there's tons of independent cafés and restaurants. Canonbury, Dalston Junction, and Haggerston stations are all close by, so getting into the City or Central London is easy.
