I am a live-in owner, but do have a second property and am not always there, so may suit someone who likes some personal space. I also have a desk in the living room. There are 6 apartments in the building, all neighbours are lovely, we work together to keep the whole property in good condition. I love the arts/theatre (particularly musicals!), Asian food and always have some sort of craft project on the go.

It’s just meters from De Beauvoir Square, a short walk to local pubs, deli & restaurants. Close to Haggerston station and many good bus routes.

Looking for a friendly, considerate professional who appreciates living in a home where things are well looked after - gone are the student days! Having some friends over is fine, but I’m not looking for my home to become the ‘hang out’. I would appreciate someone who just wants a warm, comfortable, quiet & safe home, perhaps shares some similar interests or who may introduce me to something new! It’s important that the apartment is kept clean (open to sharing cost of cleaner).

My wire-haired Dachshund Archie is often with me - so you do need to be a dog/animal lover! He’s a lovable rogue!

I use the ‘Law Pack’ Rent a Room agreement, references will be required.
