Summer / September sublet in De Beauvoir

Hello! I'm going away for the summer and am subletting my room in De Beauvoir.

Ideally I am looking for 2 separate subletters for

1 July - beginning of Aug
End of Aug - end of Sept

If I can't make that work I will consider a 3 month sublet so do message me in any case - I'm flexible with dates :)

The room is a lovely south facing room on the top floor of a 4/5 person house which means you are tucked away from the rest of the house.

We have a living room, separate kitchen + basement living room and a huge garden, as well as 2 bathrooms/4 toilets.

We're all working so looking for someone who is fairly lowkey during the week. We are all quite close to spend a lot of time together in the house cooking eating watching movies etc.

Please msg me with a bit about yourself and the dates you would like to sublet - I won't be responding to messages that don't have this.

NB. I will be asking for half the month's rent before July 1 to secure the room so please only message if you are comortable with this.
