I'm Jess (36), a Tech professional. I love a mix of quiet evenings in and the occasional shared meal or spontaneous adventure. Big fan of markets, pubs, restaurants, festivals and concerts 🙂
Looking for: a friendly, clean and respectful female flatmate who enjoys being social but also values their own space. If you WFH, I'd ask you to use your bedroom for that — keeping the living room as our shared social space.

Just a heads up: the landlord may look to sell the property at some point, but we haven't received any formal notice of this. Tenancies here are legally protected, with 4 months' notice required, so there's no immediate risk to your stay.
