The house features high ceilings and is the top flat in a block of four flats so the spare room is nice and quiet. The common areas are fully furnished and the spare room is furnished with basics (bed, draws, open wardrobe, chair, and a small desk).

I am looking for a tidy, respectful working professional in their late 20s or 30s (a similar age to myself).
