Double room in De Beauvoir Sociable houseshare

Our housemate is moving out after 4 years here, meaning that we’ve got a room going in our wonderful, sociable house share. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor so is quiet and gets lots of natural light. It is fully furnished (bed, shelves, cupboard) as well as a desk that can be left if wanted. There's also another set of drawers outside the room that is used for additional storage

🏡 THE HOUSE

It’s a six-bed house you’ll be living with five other young professionals (ages 25–31; currently three guys and three girls). It’s a social but relaxed home - we sometimes go to the pub, have dinners together, watch TV etc., but everyone has their own routines too.

There is a large, modern kitchen with plenty of storage, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house also has a garden and a south-facing roof terrace. It is spread over four floors, so it feels very spacious.

Bathroom:
There are three bathrooms in the house; you’ll only share (the pictured bathroom) with one other person on your floor.

The landlords are professional, friendly and responsive. No agents involved 😊

Viewings will be early from the week of 29th June! (29th, 30th, 1st Jul)

We’re looking for a guy aged 25–31 to keep a balanced mix in the house.
