-Downstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom
-Large garden (currently getting some well-deserved TLC!)
The Household:
We're two South African sisters, 28 and 34, working in the charity sector and at a renewable energy startup. We're quiet, respectful, and considerate housemates who see home as a place to properly relax and recharge after busy work weeks. We often look after friends' cats and dogs, so you'll need to be comfortable sharing space with the occasional four-legged visitor.
We're looking for a like-minded woman to join us — quiet, considerate, a working professional (ideally not working from home), and a non-smoker.
Rent & Bills:
-Room: £910 pcm
-Bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi, TV licence): approx. £150 pcm each
-Deposit: £760, paid directly to Benyon Estate
Tenancy:
-12-month lease
-Available ASAP — our current housemate moves out on 21 July, so we're keen to find someone quickly
-Managed by Benyon Estate, who carry out all referencing/rent checks
