Sublet a cosy room in a lovely canal-side flat

I'm heading off travelling, so I'm looking to sublet my room for around 6–8 months, with some flexibility on the exact dates. The room is available anytime after 23 August.

The flat is spacious (120 qm), bright and fully furnished, with a lovely balcony overlooking the canal. Since there aren't any roads right outside, it's quiet while still being in a really lively area. Haggerston station is just a five minutes' walk away, and there are loads of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, plus the canal makes it a really nice place to walk or sit in the evenings.
You'll be living with two friendly flatmates in their mid-twenties who both work full-time. We have a nice balance of doing our own thing while also hanging out occasionally, whether that's grabbing a drink or just having a chat after work. We also have a very cute cat who keeps us company.

The flat has everything you need, including:
* Large open-plan living space
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Washer-dryer
* Separate study, great if you work from home
* Balcony overlooking the canal

The room itself is on the smaller side, but it's really cosy and makes great use of the space. It comes fully furnished with a small double bed, a built-in wardrobe and plenty of extra storage thanks to additional cupboards in the hallway. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate, as the third has an en-suite.
Rent: £1,120 pcm
Bills: Approximately £190 per month (including council tax)

We're looking for someone who's friendly, clean and easy-going, ideally a working professional who'll fit into the relaxed vibe of the flat and make themselves at home.
