My flatmate is sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone to join me in our gorgeous 2-bed flat for around 6 months (but can be flexible) from mid-September.

Rent & bills 🛏️
- Rent: £1550 per month
- Bills: around £150 per month
- You’ll be added to the lease directly (I’m not allowed to sublet)

Location 📍
- Lovely, quiet De Beauvoir neighbourhood, so super close to great pubs, wine bars and the canal
- Less than 15 mins walk to both Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations, 5 mins to Essex Road, with Haggerston Overground also close by

I’m a 27 year old lawyer from London who works in the office most days (WFH 1-2 days). I’ve rented this flat for nearly 3 years and absolutely love it, so need someone to move in when my flatmate moves out! Ideally looking for someone between 26-32 in full-time employment and similarly office-based most days, clean, considerate and enjoys living in a tidy space - up for a glass of wine and a chat but also happy doing their own thing!
