I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room from early November.

The flat is furnished and has a bright, spacious living and kitchen area, a shared bathroom and two bedrooms (yours is slightly bigger!)

The location is hard to beat, with Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction both around a 5–10-minute walk away, as well as lots of great pubs, restaurants & cafés nearby

The room:
• £1,125 pcm
• Bills are around £230–£260 pcm, including a cleaner every two weeks
• Available from early November, with some flexibility to move sooner if needed

A little about me:

I spend a lot of my time enjoying the local area, spending time with friends, doing fitness classes, cooking and relaxing at home. I also spend the week running around at work meetings and hosting events.

I work from home around three days a week, as the flat is cosy, I’m ideally looking for someone who is hybrid or office-based, rather than working from home full-time.

I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to flat life. I’m always happy to pop to the local for a glass of wine or grab a coffee//pastry at the weekend, equally value having my own time and space.

I’m looking for a friendly & easy going individual who takes pride in their home and is respectful of the shared space.
