Double ensuite room in bright De Beauvoir house

We are an Australian couple aged 26-27, looking for a lovely single or couple to move into an ensuite room in our De Beauvoir townhouse.

THE BASICS: Rent is £1500 + approx. £345 bills for a single, £2000 plus approx. £345 bills for a couple. Bills include energy, wifi, TV licence and subscription, water, council tax, cleaner once a fortnight. The room is available in November and we are looking for a minimum 6-month term.

THE SPACE: The room has its own en suite bathroom and plenty of storage, with large built-in wardrobes. The rest of the house is bright and modern, with plenty of space for two couples / a couple and single to live comfortably together while maintaining their own privacy. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto an outdoor patio; on the first floor is our room plus a laundry room /toilet; and on the second floor is the en-suite double bedroom that's up for grabs, a separate family-size bathroom, and a smaller spare double room that can be used as a guest room and shared WFH space (resulting in rent of £2,000 per month) or can be rented out to another single (resulting in rent of £1,500 per month). There is a private secure cycle store at the front of the house.

We have been living here for 6 months with another couple and absolutely love the house and the area! Lots of great pubs, wine bars, and fitness options within walking distance, and it's a very easy commute into Liverpool Street / the city (less than 15 mins by bike), with great links to the rest of London via Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, and Highbury and Islington stations.

A BIT ABOUT US: Tigger is a lawyer and Clare is working in Human Resources. We are both outgoing, sporty, and love to cook and spend time with our friends. We like our home to be a clean and tidy space and are kind and considerate flatmates.
