Double room available in a lovely 4-bedroom house in De Beauvoir Town, available from 4 October.

The house is shared with three friendly professionals in their 30s, super creative and chill and we're looking for a likeminded person - ideally also in their 30s - who is clean, respectful and easy-going. It's a relaxed home rather than a party house, but everyone is sociable and happy to have a chat or share a drink together.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of storage and gets good natural light. The house has a shared kitchen and a front room we mainly use for storage space, or a guest room. The house has a lovely garden too.

📍 Great location for Haggerston, Dalston, De Beauvoir Town and London Fields, with good transport links nearby.

💷 £775 pcm + £135 bills (approx, including a cleaner once a month)

We're ideally looking for someone who is planning to stay for the longer term and will be a good fit with the house.
