Lovely double room in De Beauvoir Town

We have a room available in our lovely four-bed Georgian townhouse in De Beauvoir - a stone's throw from Dalston, next door to the lovely N1 Garden Centre and right opposite the much-beloved Scolt Head pub.

The room is available from Sunday 12th October. WE'RE HOLDING VIEWINGS from next week- so get in touch asap!

The house is a real gem, featuring a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, and a sizeable garden that is a real sun trap in the summer months - perfect for BBQs and cocktails next to the tiki bar.
We also have two bathrooms; so no queues in the morning!

You will be sharing with 3 easy-going professionals, Charlotte (Events), Joe (Media Relations) and Josh (Music Publishing) aged 30 to 40.
We are a sociable household that likes a good natter, netflix binge, bbq or visit to the pub - however, we don't live in each others' pockets and have our own lives.
Weeknights are generally a little quieter as we all work hard. ;)

About the room:
Cozy, bright, double room with sash window overlooking the back garden.
There's space for a double bed, wardrobe, bedside furniture, and small desk etc

The room, however comes unfurnished BUT the outgoing housemate may be selling some of the furniture so a deal can be sorted I'm sure.

The room is approx £900 per calendar month, inclusive of rent, utility, council and broadband bills.
