We are looking for someone for a double room in a lovely house in De Beauvoir Town/Dalston. The house is shared by four other tenants.

The room has a beautiful sash window looking out onto the front garden in a conservation area.

The house consists of five bedrooms that are arranged over three floors; two large rooms on the top floor, two on the ground floor, and one on the lower floor. There is a large shared kitchen and dinning area, as well as an open planned living space on the lower floor, and two bathrooms equipped with showers on the ground floor. All rooms make the most of natural light.

There is also a lovely garden at the back of the property, with a York stone patio area - perfect for summer bbqs!

The property is about 6 minutes walk from Dalston Junction, and has heaps of buses. Highbury and Islington station is just a 15 minute walk away.

You will be sharing in a newly constituted share house with excellent housemates.
