It's a beautiful 5 bedrooms house, with a spacious and modern living/dining room with wooden flooring throughout, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms and cosy back garden

The rent includes:

- unlimited internet broadband access Sky.
- council tax
- TV with 25 channels
- cleaner service
- cleaning products

Note: Gas and electricity are not included!

Around £20 per month.

The house is located next to Ruskin Park and a few buses stops away from Brixton tube station where you can find supermarkets and shops of any sort. There are also restaurants and nice pubs in the surrounding area

Denmark Hill rail station is just around the corner for direct connections to London Bridge and London Victoria about 10 minutes away. Flatmates are young professionals and students of Kings College Hospital.
