Lovely double room in homely flat

Hi there....our lovely flatmate Claire is moving out and we would like a lovely someone new to move in.

We are 3 ladies Irish, Spanish and Burmese. The flat is a pretty quiet one as we are all working in healthcare and have busy weeks. We all work Mon - Fri and are looking for someone with a similar pattern and not WFH full time. We each have our own group of friends from London but we do also have family nights out and in together.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Our complex is brick so warm./cold when needed and you cant really hear the neighbours.
We have a largeish kitchen balcony and also have a balcony off our living room overlooking a green area, with a community gym. Bills are generally in the area of £100 per month (broadband, council, water, gas & electric).

We are 5 mins form Denmark Hill, 15 mins form Herne Hill and Loughborough Junction and 25 mins from Brixton (all walking). There is also a direct bus (68) from Central London that stops just outside our door. We are really close to the amazing Brockwell park for jogs or swims in the Lido. There is also a farmers market on Sunday . Its a very community area with lots going on ...lovely pubs with beer gardens, yoga, park run.
