About the room:
- Proper size double room
- Built-in storage cupboard
- Minimally furnished (bed & chest of drawers only)
- South-facing, lots of natural light

About the flat:
- Ground floor, outdoor patio/garden for summer sun
- Kitchen still very shiny and new - and we keep it clean :)
- Bathroom separate from toilet, very good shower pressure
- No TV, Decent hifi with turntable & digital decks.
- Spare room with guest futon, 2 x bike rack and electric piano

About the location:
- Quiet, leafy estate set back from the road, zero traffic noise
- Woodland, wild spaces and parks on our doorstep
- Large Sainsbury's, open til 10pm and not even 2 minutes walk
- Dulwich, Camberwell & Peckham within walking distance
- East Dulwich & Denmark Hill Stations less than 10 minutes walk
- Buses into central London take about 30 minutes

About me:
- I'm a former journalist, currently studying psychoanalysis and hoping to train
- I work 3-4 days a week for a mental health charity including weekends and evenings.
- I'm into politics, philosophy, culture and psychoanalysis. LRB subscriber.
- I like wild-camping/hillwalking and go to Scotland multiple times a year
- Not strictly plant-based but I don't eat meat at home. No committed carnivores please!
- I am learning the piano (I practice with headphones, don't worry!)
- I listen to lots of weird and wonderful music, leaning towards jazz, ambient, electronic and classical. Think NTS radio and then some.
