Double room & office £750 inc bills in Camberwell

Hello, we are looking for a friendly new flatmate to take two rooms in our house share. One room is a large double and the other is a smaller single but could fit a double bed in, or the perfect size if you're working from home and want a separate office space. The flat is split level and both rooms are next to each other on the top floor so you have your own floor. The rest of the flat consists of a large kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Bills are included and we have fast internet connection. Deposit is £500.

The flat is located in Camberwell, with Denmark Hill being the closest station. From here trains go to Victoria and Elephant & Castle in 10 minutes and the Overground to Canada Water and Clapham in 20 minutes.

In terms of current flatmates; we are two working professionals who have been friends for years. We are both currently working from home due to the restrictions, so tend to keep to ourselves in the day but like to socialise in the evenings. Get in touch if you have any questions. We're arranging viewings during lockdown but ask that you wear a mask when visiting. We will also make sure the visit is socially distanced.
