Single Room Available at Denmark Hill

This is a lovely, homely flat, we have a shared kitchen and living room which are a very good size.

You're room will come with the wardrobe, shelf, single bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. The lampshade and curtains, as well as the bedding, duvet and pillows belong to the previous tenant.

You have a bathroom to share with just one other girl as the flat has two bathrooms.

The flat is situated in an area of greenery allowing a feeling of escape from the chaos of central London, yet access to the city centre is excellent. There are numerous buses that connect here: 68, 176, 185, 468, 40, 42... We have both East Dulwich Station and Denmark Hill Station just 10 minutes’ walk away. Denmark Hill also provides the Overground line.

There is a Sainsbury just 2 minutes walk located just behind the trees to the rear of the flats.

The flatmates are social and friendly, we tend to have a catch up in the kitchen or living room when time allows but we all respect each other’s private space to relax.

For bills we only have to pay Gas and Electric and this is done by contributing £30 to house account each month as the landlords take care of the rest.

We treat this flat as our home, not just a place to stay so would expect the same of any new tenant. This means that you are able to clean up after yourself, be respectful of shared space/considerate of other tenants.
