Double Room near Denmark Hill/Herne Hill

Double room available from the beginning of December in a lovely four-bed flat situated between Denmark Hill and Herne Hill. Female professionals preferred.

Bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Flat has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a separate toilet. Ample storage around the flat and a balcony to either side catching both sunrise and sunset!

The flat is located about a 10 min walk from Denmark Hill station (overground line and trains into London and Kent), and a 15 min walk to Herne Hill and Dulwich stations with trains directly into central London. There’s a bus stop one minute from the front door for the 68/468 which also provides a night service. Brixton is 15 mins away by bus too. East Dulwich is close by, with plenty of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants, as well as lots of local parks nearby. Big Sainsbury’s and a little Tesco 10 min walk away and corner shops 4 mins from the flat.

You’d be living with 3 women; Joely, Sol and Carly. Ideally we would prefer another female of similar age and a working professional who is clean, sociable and respectful. We all work regular hours, Mon-Fri and would be looking for someone similar.

The flat is conveniently located near King’s College Hospital and would be ideal for someone working at the hospital or University.

Bills aren’t included, and usually come to about £100 a month (includes utilities, internet and council tax).
