Large double room in 2 bed flat in Camberwell available Mid Nov (can be somewhat flexible on start date)

Im going away for 6 weeks ish so this is a short let, but there is flexibility on when those 6 weeks are and the length of the let. Happy to discuss

Really comfy futon sofa bed from futon company (RRP £700) which makes the bedroom super spacious in the day. Includes TV which you can use, PC and PC monitor, also happy for you to use I'll make a guest account.

Will take all my posters down and clothes out of wardrobe, bedding etc, so room will be a blank slate apart from some bits.
2min walk to Ruskin Park
4min walk to Denmark Hill train station

You'll be sharing with my 28y/o male flatmate working in charity, and his girlfriend will occasionally visit and stay on a weekend night. Super friendly and respectful housemate.
