Great sized double room in big Camberwell flat

I am advertising a good sized double room in Camberwell. The flat is shared between four people, the contract is coming to an end in June when the other three housemates will be renewing, so I'm looking to find a replacement for myself as I'll be moving in with my girlfriend.

The flat is spread over two floors, there is a really good sized kitchen and living room, with a small balcony attached to it. There's two bathrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with a shower. The room itself is a good size for the price, it comes furnished with a bed and chest of draws. There is also a really convenient store cupboard in the room that gives you loads of storage space.

Bills are cheap as we don't pay for central heating, it's about £90 a month everything included. You would be taking over the new contract which runs for a year from the 19th of June. You would need to be able to take up the contract on exactly the 19th, although you could move in after that if you need to of course. The contract runs for a year, but the estate agent has always allowed people to move out before then in the past, as long as you find a replacement.

The current flatmates are really friendly, they like to hang out in the living room together in the evenings sometimes watching TV ir eating dinner together,, but also do they're own thing too. They're all professionals doing a mixture of in the office and working from home, the work in HR, marketing and visual effects. We're looking for someone that could fit into that dynamic well, that's friendly and sociable but is happy for people to do their own thing too.

PS. We don't have a pet but one of the flatmates does sometimes dog sits when they're working from home so if you were allergic to dogs it probably wouldn't be a great fit for you.
