Me and my housemate have bought our own places and are looking for people to take over our lease from 1st of December. You would sign a new contract with the landlord, minimum 6, maximum 12 months and rolling from then on. We are however leaving after 5 months as both of our purchases have been completed.
The tenancy is a joined tenancy for two people renting it together.
The flat is a lovely garden flat with great open kitchen/living room space for hosting dinner parties and an amazing south facing patio space.
The kitchen has a tall fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, dishwasher and a brand new washing machine.
Bathroom has a small tub, amongst the usual.
One bedroom has built in wardrobe, but the flat is unfurnished.
I have a wardrobe to sell and a couch to give away, if you are interested. Otherwise they will be sold/donated.
There is also a garage, where we have stored bikes.
