Garden home in Camberwell

Hi there,

My current housemate is changing scenery, just like I did a few years back. I however love the area and am looking for someone to take over his room.

The flat is a lovely garden flat with great open kitchen/living room space for hosting dinner parties and an amazing south facing patio space.

The kitchen has a tall fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, dishwasher and a brand new washing machine.

Bathroom has a small tub, amongst the usual.

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, but the flat is unfurnished. Therefore you'd need your own bed.

I might be buying some furniture(couch, kitchen table) from my housemate as he plans on downsizing for the next place. If you have some furniture and/or houseplants, there'll be plenty of space.
We also have a garage, where I store my second bike. If you wanted to set up a wood work space etc. there, be my guest.

About me:
I'm a primary school teacher who runs on friends and coffee. I get excited over wine tastings, saunas and techno.
I am looking for a clean adult housemate, who would happily make this a home and share occasional cuppa or glass of wine.
I like to invite friends over for a drink, when the pub sounds too much after a rough week. You're more than welcome to join in!

Whether you work from home/office/hybrid, I don't really mind. I only wish that you are clean, considerate and a bit aware of my intolerance to perfume.

Gas/elec + WiFi = around £90/month
Council tax band C = around £80/month
