Summer let in friendly spacious Camberwell house

I am subletting my room for two months over summer, available from 13 July to 12 September (may be some flexibility in dates, happy to discuss).

Spacious 4 bed house with a garden in a great location, pretty much halfway between Brixton and Peckham 🎉🎉

You'd be joining Alex, Becky and Zerlina who are all 29/30. They're all pretty chill people and like to hang out in the evenings when around and watch TV together. We like to keep the place pretty clean and tidy.

The house is on a small close, off a nice and quiet one way road.
Two minutes from beautiful Ruskin park which is essentially our second garden (and has great cityscape sunsets!).
Camberwell high st 10 min walk
Peckham and Brixton 25 min walks away
Lordship lane about 10 min walk
Big sainsburys 5min walk and small tesco 2min walk
Denmark hill station 7min walk - good connections to Victoria/Blackfriars
East dulwich station 10min walk - good connections to London Bridge

You'd be taking one of the spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor.
You'd be sharing a bathroom with only two of the housemates as one bedroom has an en-suite.
On the ground floor is the huge kitchen / living room with big french doors to the garden
There is also a nice front room where we keep bikes and may be available to WFH some days.
