We’re looking for a friendly, clean young professional to rent an upstairs room in our 4 bed house in Denmark Hill.

The house has a big kitchen with a garden / patio area attached, two bathrooms and a shared living space, with lots of character (photos to come). We like to keep shared spaces clean with a weekly rota, and enjoy socialising altogether when we can.

The other three housemates are female and sometimes work from home.

Rent is £715 p/m (due on 1st of each month) with a rolling monthly contract and a £750 deposit.

About the location:
- 5 min walk from Loughborough Junction station
- 10 min walk to Denmark Hill station
- 15 min walk to Brixton

We will be holding viewings during the last week of August.
