I'm looking to share my flat in Denmark Hill with *ONE* person who would like to rent *TWO* rooms -- you will be renting a *LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM PLUS AN EXTRA ROOM* which can be your home office, creative space, living space or whatever you want it to be. The flat is nice and spacious for two people. It will be something in between sharing and having your own flat.

To be perfectly clear: this rent is for one person only - no couples please

** Your Rooms **

Room 1 is a full-size double with south-facing window and built-in storage. (Room 2 on the floorplan).

Room 2 is a smaller double also with built-in storage. The picture shows a piano and futon but these will be gone and the room will be empty when you move in. (Room 3 on the floorplan).

There's a bed frame and a chest of drawers - other furniture you can provide yourself or we can discuss.

Kitchen is modern. Toilet is separate from the bathroom. Bath/shower with excellent water pressure.

I hope you can see from the pictures that the flat is clean and tidy and I’m looking for someone who cares about the space they live in as much as I do.

** About Me! **

I’m a psychoanalyst (in training) and I also work and volunteer for a mental health charity (not WFH). I'm very busy and usually work weekends. I’m well-travelled, open-minded, politically left and love to talk about philosophy, politics, theory and cultural stuff. I’m into loads of different music but these days lean more towards ambient, jazz, electronic, experimental, modern composition and classical. I play a lot of chess these days so if you also enjoy the game that would be really cool!

** The Location **

It's a ground floor flat in a quiet, leafy estate at the top of the hill. It’s a peaceful and very green area with *NO TRAFFIC NOISE*. There’s a little wood and a secret beautiful green space right on our doorstep. Nearest big park is Ruskin Park.

Transport links are very good: Denmark Hill and East Dulwich stations are less than 10 minutes’ walk. Nearby bus routes: 68, 468, 185, 176, 40, 484, 37, 42, P4, P13.

A major plus is there is a large SAINSBURY'S literally *TWO MINUTES* walk away -- very convenient!

** Money Stuff **

The rent for both rooms is £1200pcm + bills. Bills come to £125 (gas/electricity, water, broadband, council tax)

My current flatmate is buying his own place so dates are somewhat dependent on that but can be flexible if necessary.
