I am now looking for a new housemate to replace me in a friendly, easy-going flatshare in the Denmark Hill/Camberwell area.

*LOCATION*
The area itself feels quite peaceful and safe with both Ruskin Park and Camberwell Green a 10-15 minutes walk away. But if you're looking for a more lively option, Camberwell Road is also about a 10-minute walk away, a great spot to find places to eat and drink.

*TRANSPORT*
The flat is also super well connected with several buses available to take you into central London just 5 minutes max from the flat. The overground is very accessible via Denmark Hill Station, a 10-minute walk from the flat and the nearest tube station is Brixton (on the Victoria line).

*THE FLAT*
The flat itself has a cozy, homely feel to it and comes with a fully furnished kitchen/dining area and shared bathroom.
I have a few furniture pieces in great condition that I'm happy to sell if you're interested - saves you from buying and settling in quicker!

*FLATMATES*
I currently live with 3 sociable, considerate housemates, Valeria, Bethany and Romina and even though everyone's schedules are a bit different, we always try to make an effort to have a catch-up over a good meal and/or a drink!
