Double room available in our 3-bed semi-detached house, 8-minute walk from Denmark Hill.
The house is located, smack bang in between Camberwell, East Dulwich and Peckham. All of which are great areas for pubs and restaurants. There's also a big Sainsbury's 10-minute walk from the house.
We have a lovely garden with a barbecue that's great for summer! If you need more greenery there's Ruskin Park, a 12-minute walk away as well.
The room comes semi-furnished, with a comfy bed, mattress, and a chest of drawers. There is plenty of room for a desk if you’re working from home. We also have a bright conservatory for more working space if needed.
You’ll be moving in with two housemates, Sean who works predominantly from home and myself who works in West-End PR in the office 4 days a week — both lovers of film, music, food and socialising. As mentioned there are loads of cracking pubs nearby and we are always partial to a pub excursion.
The rent is £815, bills not included.
