Lovely double room in friendly Denmark Hill flat

I am looking to find someone to take my place in our lovely flat in Denmark Hill as I am moving in with my partner. The contract currently runs until mid October 2025 but there is option to renew at the end of that.

The flat is privately owned and we have lovely and responsive landlords. It is located in Denmark hill estate, and is quiet with lovely views. It’s very close to Ruskin park and the giant Wetherspoons the fox on the hill. The nearest stations are Denmark Hill and East Dulwich which are both a 10 minute walk away. Dulwich Village, Dulwich Park, Brockwell Park, Camberwell Green and Lordship Lane are all short walks/bus rides away.

The flat is a three bed - currently a group of friends in the creative industries - Laura (29) Connor (31) and myself, Heather - who have lived together for around 3 years+. Laura works for an arts charity, and Connor is a musician and retail worker.

The room available is the biggest room. it’s £900 per month (bills are extra and are around £80 a month). The room has lots of storage built in, including a wardrobe and lots of cupboard space, as well as a tall chest of drawers included in the room.

There is a large living room, separate kitchen, and a small balcony. The flat is on the first floor.

We are looking for someone 26 years or older, friendly and tidy. We enjoy watching tv together and the occasional trip to the pub, but also respect each others space as we all have busy lives.
