Room in shared 3 Bed Flat in Denmark Hill

Hey guys!

I'm renting out a room near Denmark Hill, right on top of Champion Hill just 5min walk from the big Sainsburys. There's Denmark Hill station which is about a 10min walk away, East Dulwich station about 5min walk away, and lots of buses that go into the center. Nice location in the center of South London adjacent to Brixton, Camberwell, East Dulwich, and Peckham. And of course Ruskin Park just around the corner.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and two closets. It has two windows with views of the communal garden. The flat has one spacious living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom which is shared with two other flatmates you will be living with. Living room has a couple guitars and a piano which you are welcome to play.

The flatmates:
We have Tom, a 28 year old half English half Frenchy who works in film. Friendly guy, likes to play tennis on the weekends, playing music, cooking, and of course film. His only downside is that he can occasionally be a slob. Tom will get his act together.
The we have Sabrina, a half Italian half America who is a recently graduated film student that has started a new job. She is very laid back, enjoys an occasional cigarette on the little balcony, and much better at cleaning.
Both roomates are friendly and good people to live with, if you also so happen to like films you will get long splendidly.

We are looking for someone who will for now stay initally for 3 months, however this is most likely extended till October. The room is being saved for my brother who possibly might stay abroad. Whether this happens or not is not yet known, so there is a good chance that the room would end up being long term. But unfortunately this can't be promised for now!

Bills/Wifi/Council tax are additionally about 127£ per month.
