I am a private landlord. I have a double room available in May 2025 suitable for a working professional and we welcome couple too. Rent £1300 a month and this rent is inclusive of council tax, fuels, water charges and broadband. U are to share 2 kitchens - 1 of which is a living dining kitchen and these are fully fitted with plenty of storages, washing machines, dryer, hobs oven etc and plenty of fridge freezers. Two bathrooms, an extra toilet and a back garden. We also have a front court yard garden for your car parking too. Local amenities and Ruskin Park are close by. Zone 2 so u can get a train to central London within 15 minutes.
