Sunny double room in lovely camberwell house

Hi, I'm subletting my room in Denmark Hill/Camberwell from now until the end of November.

Room:

It's a smallish furnished double room. Has a desk, wardrobe, bed, bedside table. Get's the morning sun in a big way!

House:

The house is great. Decent sized kitchen, big living room/dining room, bike storage and a big (very sunny!) garden with patio, fruit trees and space to grow veg.

It's right by Ruskin Park (which now has a new sauna!), Denmark Hill station (10 mins to Victoria), lots of pubs, supermarkets etc. Really good location!

Rent:

Rent is £712.50 per month + bills of c. £100 per month. Available to move in ASAP. It's a sublet until end of November. Would like to find someone who can commit to the full 7ish months. Possibility of extending after that, but this is tbc at the moment.

Current housemates:

Current flatmates are three old friends who have lived here for a number of years. Two women and one man. Two work for charities and one is a postgraduate student. Mix of working from home and going into the office.

Everyone is really lovely, I've had a wonderful time living here for 3+ years. Vibe is chilled, everyone working full time so not a big party house most of the time, but lots of hanging out/shared meals/movies/fires in the garden etc, as well as alone time/hobbies etc.

You:

It would be great to find someone who is a good match for the current housemates and can commit to the full 7 months of the sublet. Please send some info about yourself: age, what you do, what you're looking for etc. And we'll arrange viewings in the next week or so.
