Short term OR Mon-Fri double in lovely flat

I recently renovated my flat and will be renting out the second room for short term lets or weeknight only arrangements . This is perfect for someone new to london looking for a landing pad, commuting in for a few days / week, or working/studying At kings college/hospital in Denmark hill. I am looking for someone respectful, clean and friendly, and I’m happy to help with anything you might need if you’re new to london or the area.

The flat is two bed / 1 bath. Your room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and black out curtains. It’s faces the garden so it’s quiet, sunny and has a lovely view. There’s space for a desk if you need. I can also provide pillows/duvets, bedsheets and towels if you don’t have your own.

The rest of the flat is recently renovated. Large living / dining, new kitchen and a modern bathroom. There’s a very sunny balcony and shared garden, washer / dryer, fully stocked kitchen.

Location is 3 mins walk from Denmark hill station (overground and various trains), and lots of buses literally outside the front door and around the corner. 5 mins to Ruskin park, 10 min walk to camberwell (more busses) or east dulwich station (more trains), 20 min walk to Peckham high st - so there’s lots to see, do and eat nearby.

Room is available short term only and I’m flexible with dates. Just let me know what you need - if you’re looking for a weeknight room let me know how many days / week and which ones. I will require a deposit which you’ll get back once you move out (subject to no damages etc).

About me - I’m 34, Australian and living in london for 6 yrs. Working in finance and studying part time, I enjoy playing or watching sports, working out, socialising, cooking and travelling. I’m a very friendly and chill person, always up for a chat or laugh, and like to I keep the home clean and tidy. I work from home 1-2 days a week usually, and outside of work I’m often out and about or at home studying, but always happy to have a chat or watch tv together during down time.

Internet included but other bills (water, gas/electricity, council tax) are on top and split for the time you’re here. I also get a cleaner, but she doesn’t come often so I’ll only ask if you can chip in if she comes while you’re living her.
