Double room close to Denmark Hill station

I am unfortunately leaving my flat where I currently live with two of my friends who are now looking for a third flat mate (both female).

The room is nice and bright and spacious with two built in wardrobes, space for a double bed and desk (you can keep the desk thats currently in there if you want it or I can remove it). The room is unfurnished.

The house has a spacious lounge and kitchen. It is three stories with the kitchen and lounge on one floor, two bedroom and a bathroom on the middle floor and a bedroom on the top floor. This room is located on the second floor.

The flat is located about 5/6 minute walk from Denmark hill station with the over ground and trains directly into Victoria.

We are looking for someone to sign one for a new contract when our tenancy ends 19th October however as I am moving out early the room is available from the 1st of Oct.

We’re looking for someone who’s looking for a social but peaceful household. We watch tv together or go to the pub in the evenings so preferably someone that would like to join us. We all have full time jobs with some days working from home each week.
