After living in this lovely house for 2 years, I’m moving in with my partner and so my cosy room in Camberwell is becoming available! Room is available from the end of November, but full rent and bills would be payable in full from 1st January 2026. I have a reasonable amount of flexibility over the next month or so! Bills are at the moment approx £140 per person, but this may of course go up as we go into winter.

The room comes furnished with bed frame, mattress, and there is a built-in wardrobe (the other furniture pictured will not be staying). There is space for a small desk - I’ve been working comfortably from this room for the last 2 years! - but there is also a desk in the living room and the dining table has also been used as a WFH space, depending on what you need.

About the house:
Mid-century end-of-terrace full of character and light. The first floor features a split-level open-plan living and dining area with large windows on both sides, plus two balconies — one sunny in the morning and one overlooking the garden in the afternoon.

About the household:
You'll be living with three other women (2 are also leaving soon), sharing a bathroom with 2. Everyone has their own thing going on but is always happy to chat, have a cup of tea, and catch up over dinner. We have been using a cleaning rota to keep on top of things, which has worked well, as well as Splitwise to manage buying household items.

Preference would be for another woman/non-binary person to move in, but really just looking for someone who will look after the house as their home. The house is split over three floors so is not wheelchair accessible. This is technically a sublet until May 2026, after which this will switch to a rolling contract in accordance with the new renting laws. Deposit is 4/5 week's rent, tbc with the landlords.
