Looking for Roommates in Denmark Hill!

Hi, im ella, 23, and im looking for two (preferably female) roommates for this flat that I found in Denmark Hill. Rent is about 860 a month excluding bills (2,599 total for the flat!!!) so it'll probably be 920 total each. Rooms are all furnished, and its 5 minutes walk from Loughborough Junction. I've messaged the landlord about all of this and looking to house share, and want to be proactive about finding roommates as I'd like to move for Jan 2026 if all goes well!

Im starting work in January, and so want to move to a flat thats better connected but still in the area! have lived in camberwell and east dulwich before and really like the area.

So, a bit about me, im irish but grew up in Qatar, and studied in the netherlands, I studied international law for my bachelors and masters degrees. I am vegan but this is not something that I care about people that I live with also being, and I do enjoy cooking for others and having dinners and stuff like that. I love music (saw radiohead at the o2 recently, love boygenius, blondshell, vince staples, but also classical music, really anything!) and I love running (averagely) and any kind of movement.

I love to have a cup of tea and a chat in the evening, generally quite chatty about any topic, and would like to go to pubs together or do things together as a flat as well, of course respecting everyone's personal time and lives :)
I have lived with guys before so I am flexible, but I would really prefer to live with girls! I also am open to students, but maybe towards the end of your studies, but again, im flexible!

I am tidy and I think respect for shared spaces is really important, and i would really like to make the flat a cool warm calm space to chill in, have friends round, etc.
