We’re looking for a kind, responsible female to join our lovely 4-bedroom home, spread across three floors with a charming garden. You’ll be sharing with three wonderful flatmates who are all friendly, respectful, and easy-going. We have a shared cleaning rota and a warm, welcoming environment.

Rent: £698.40 per month

Bills: Approx. £130–£140 per month per person

Deposit: Around 5 weeks’ rent

Landlord reference required

The payment for this month will need to cover the period from the 15th of December to the 31st of December (17 days), as well as the bills for those same days. ☺️
