We’re looking for a new flatmate to take the largest bedroom in our bright and welcoming flat.

The room is spacious, furnished, and has plenty of room for a desk, making it ideal for anyone working from home. It benefits from lots of natural light and overlooks greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere despite being well connected to Central London.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and dining area, plus a balcony. The room shares a bathroom with two other housemates.

Location & Transport

The flat is exceptionally well connected:

* Direct bus routes 68, 468 and N68 to Central London, including Waterloo and Liverpool Street
* 10-minute walk to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink services)
* 7-minute walk to Denmark Hill (Overground and National Rail services)
* 10-minute walk to The Gym Group
* Close to a large Sainsbury’s(10min walk), with Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco and Co-op all within around a 20-minute walk

The Flatmates

You’ll be living with a friendly group of professionals in their mid-20s, all working hybrid jobs in the creative industry. We’re sociable and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s having dinner, chatting in the living room, heading to the pub, or doing things together outside the flat. We also respect each other’s space and busy schedules.
