The spacious kitchen/diner features a large American-style fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, and a dining table. Double doors open to a cosy lounge with two large sofas—perfect for relaxing.
The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.
Location & Transport: We’re in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from Denmark Hill station, with direct trains to Victoria, Clapham Junction, and Blackfriars. The Overground provides great connections across London, and nearby buses include the 185 (to Oval and Victoria) and the 176 (a night bus to Waterloo, South Bank, and Leicester Square). East Dulwich station is also within walking distance, with direct trains to London Bridge. On-street parking is available with a permit.
Local Amenities: You’ll be close to the great pubs, bars, and restaurants of Camberwell Green and East Dulwich. There are two large supermarkets (Sainsbury’s and Morrisons) nearby, plus a handy corner shop, a lovely local pub, and an excellent Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner.
You would be sharing with three professionals in their mid-20s: two females, one male. It is a friendly, respectful household and we are looking for a like-minded housemate: someone who is clean, tidy, considerate, and happy to do their bit to keep the home feeling comfortable and welcoming. Non-smokers only, please.
