A spacious and bright double room for rent in a 2-bedroom flat. The room is furnished and is available to move in 1 June, 2024. Flexible on move-in date for the right person! (It might also be possible to move in earlier around Mid May, 2024)

This flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, and has a warm living room, separate bath and toilet, and a spacious kitchen. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, cooker, microwave, espresso machine, and fridge/freezer.

Getting around London:
We are at a great location in Zone 2. It is easy 8-min walk to either Denmark Hill or East Dulwich stations. There are regular trains that take you into either London Bridge or Victoria stations in 10 min. Also Thameslink from Denmark Hill will get you through the city to London Kings Cross in 20 minutes. The East London overground will take you to all the way to Dalston Junction. With overground trains, your commute is much more relaxed and less packed.

There are also plenty of buses that will take you into central London, including night buses.

The neighbourhood:
The area has lots of green spaces, parks, great pubs, community centres, and 2 fitness gyms near the flat. It is also within 15 min walk to the Lordship Lane. Lordship Lane at East Dulwich is a vibrant high street with a wide selection of excellent pubs, restaurants, and specialist retailers for the 'foodies'.

You will be sharing with friendly easy going professional flatmate, quiet and friendly. Looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy, respectful and responsible.

Another note: landlord is away in Europe (me), but some of the belongings are still in the flat.
