Lovely double room, weekdays only

I have a lovely double room available (WEEKDAYS ONLY - UP TO 4 NIGHTS) in a sunny, modern flat close to Denmark Hill station with fantastic connections to central London. The room is fully furnished and has wifi.

About the flat: it has modern decor throughout and it's part of a quiet and well-kept 1950s block. The neighbours are all really friendly and it's a nice neighbourhood.

The room has a door onto the balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun in the summer, and there are communal gardens too.

From Denmark Hill station it takes 10 mins into Victoria and Blackfriars, 4 mins to Clapham North tube and there's also loads of buses going into London.

About me: I'm a part time photographer and am often at home, on local assignments or walking in the local park. I don't go out a huge amount anymore! I'm friendly, fairly quiet, and considerate and respectful of other people's space.

About COVID: I am fully vaccinated. I am slightly vulnerable to viruses, for underlying health reasons, and although I try to live as normal a life as possible, I am looking for a lodger who is sensitive to this as well as being fully vaccinated.
