The room is furnished with double bed, desk, large chest of drawers and built in hanging / storage cupboard, and there is a door to the balcony. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and broadband, with use of all facilities (kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, balcony), in addition to the beautifully maintained shared gardens of this lovely 1930s designed private estate.

I am a self-employed professional. My home has a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I’m looking for someone considerate, clean and friendly, who will appreciate and fit in with this vibe, and who I can have a nice chat with, and maybe share the odd meal or glass of wine, etc. Of course, it’s also important that there’s mutual respect for each other’s privacy and / or desire for solitude. You will be sharing with me and my 22 year-old son (he works).

There is a choice of gyms, swimming pools and parks all available within 5-20 minutes’ walk variously.

Transport: 5 minutes from Denmark Hill train station (which is on the London Overground line, meaning you can get anywhere in London easily!), 10 minutes to East Dulwich, with trains available to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, etc. Regular buses into town (Waterloo, Southbank, Vauxhall, Victoria, Oxford St, Piccadilly, Euston, Liverpool Street, etc.).

Rent is £580.00 p/month, inclusive of all bills.
