Double Room unfurnished in friendly houseshare

We have a very large double unfurnished room (downstairs) coming up in our relaxed friendly shared semi detached house in Denmark Hill.

The house is on a quiet road in Denmark hill but minutes from Camberwell. The transport links are great with the overland to Shoreditch and Highbury & Islington and bus routes direct to the centre of London. There is a large Sainsbury's 10 minutes away. Ruskin Park on the doorstep and Brockwell Park down in Herne Hill.

We have a 65ft back garden great for BBQ's and lounging in the sun. There is also a garage which is handy if you cycle and means we don't have to keep bikes in the hallway.

We are currently two guys and two girls one of the girls is moving out so to keep the balance we are looking for another female ( But can be flexible on this) We are also looking for someone who works office rather than shift work hours. The bills come to £100 per month and include broadband internet.
