Bright double bedroom with en-suite

Sunny, comfortable and clean double bedroom, with beautiful en-suite shower room, in a quiet, warm and spacious family home. You would be mainly sharing with my husband and I, but our 22-year-old daughter would be home from university during holiday periods. We both work part-time, sometimes from home, so we're around quite a bit and happy to chat and share a meal or a glass of wine, but this is not a party house.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (which we could change for a small desk if preferred). The shared space includes a very large and well-equipped kitchen-diner, with sitting area and french windows - these open onto a large and beautiful garden (which you have full access to, and which is lovely to sit in when the weather's good). There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and hanging space. Bedding / towels can be provided on request. There is room for a bike to be stored securely in the garden.

THE LOCATION:
The house is in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac, a 7-min walk from Denmark Hill Station - there are regular direct trains to Victoria, Kings X, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction and more. There are lots of buses too. We are a short walk from Kings College Hospital. Camberwell Green, East Dulwich, Peckham and Brixton are all within easy walking distance.

We would consider Mon-Fri lets at a reduced rent.
