I am looking for 1 professional to rent a double room in a lovely flat situated by the river. The flat contains 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen to share. I have 2 small cats but they are very friendly.

I am friendly, and relatively tidy, working full time. Bills are not included in rent price. Electricity, broadband, water and council tax payments are separate.
