Double room in beautiful house New Cross/Deptford

We have one spacious double room in our beautiful, female only house to let.
The house is clean, well located (zone 2, right in front of the station), nice and quiet and we would love to have someone nice and respectful to share it with.

The room is available and to be taken from 1st of December.

The house has a big kitchen, a big private garden and it's in a very quiet street.

We are 2 mins walking distance from New Cross station (zone 2), with very frequent trains to central London (National Rail and Overground), which would take 7 mins to London bridge and 15 mins to Shoreditch.

5 min walking to Deptford high street where you can get National Rail and DLR, and 5-10 min walking distance from Goldsmiths University. We are quite close to Greenwich too.
You also have access to all sort of buses and night buses with a few bus stops 2 or 5 minutes walking distance.

The area is very convenient and quiet.
There is a gym with swimming pool very close, shops, market, restaurants and cafes.
The health centre is a 1 minute walk.

The room is quite spacious and cozy with a lot of natural light coming in.
The room will have some different furniture than in the current photos, these are things from the person currently living in the room.
The room will have the red sofa in the photos and: 1 double bed with double mattress, wardrobe, clothes rail, bookshelf and an other rectangular piece of furniture.

It also has its own door that goes to our big garden, which is great in summer.

You will be sharing the house with other friendly young professionals.
We like to have a quiet home, especially with the busyness of work and life in London. This isn’t really a party house.
We like to maintain the house clean at all times and to be considerate with each other. We clean the common areas by turns, in the weekends.

No smoking inside the house. Unfortunately no pets either.
Rent includes all bills. No extra fees.
