Bright double room in beautiful house New Cross

Hi there. We have a double room in our beautiful house to let.
The house is clean, well located (zone 2, right in front of the station), nice and quiet and we would love to have someone nice and respectful to share it with.

The house has a big kitchen, a big private garden and it's in a very quiet street.
We are 2 mins walking distance from New Cross station (zone 2), with very frequent trains to central London (National Rail and Overground), which would take in 7 mins to London bridge and 15 mins to Shoreditch.

5 min walking from Deptford high street where you can get National Rail and DLR, and 5-10 min walking distance from Goldsmiths University. We are quite close to Greenwich too.

The area is very convenient and quiet.
There is a gym with swimming pool very close, shops, market, restaurants and cafes. To hopefully enjoy again soon.
You also have access to all sort of buses and night buses with a few bus stops 2 or 5 minutes walking distance.
The health centre is a 1 minute walk.

The double room is big, has lots of natural light coming in and has a door to the garden. Comes with double bed, wardrobe, sofa and more storage and furniture (not necessarily the same than the photos, this is for reference. Some things are from the person living in the room now).
This room is available from May.
Cost is 695 bills included

We are looking for someone who is responsible, kind and enjoys a calm environment.
We like to have a quiet home, especially with the busyness of work and life in London.
We like to maintain the house clean and to be considerate with each other. We get along pretty well and hangout, but we also respect each others' stuff, space and we are pretty calm . We clean the common areas by turns, in the weekends.
A clean person is a must.

No smoking inside the house. Unfortunately no pets either.
