Double room in 2bed flat available for 1 month

I will be travelling to India for work for a month (from 1st October - 31st October) so I am renting out my room. It's a very comfortable double room with a wardrobe and chest of drawers available.

The room is in a 2 bedroom flat with a decent living room, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with a bath.

You will be sharing with my roommate, who is a really nice, she's 30 and is a performance artist.

I am leaving on the 1st of October so the room will be available from then and I will be back on the 31st. I can be quite flexible around the dates.

The area is really nice. It is walking distance from Deptford with great bars and a train station that takes you to London Bridge in 15 minutes. Greenwich DLR is around 8 minutes walk. You can also walk to the overground at New Cross which is 13 minutes walk. In 10 minutes you're in Cutty Sark which is a really nice area with a great market and pubs and a beautiful park.
